What you actually get.
Most clients commissioning print & editorial from us receive:
- Print-ready PDF — CMYK, embedded fonts, proper bleed (3mm standard)
- Source file — InDesign or Illustrator, organized for handoff
- Spec sheet — paper stock recommendations, finishes, print run guidance
- Mockup — what the printed piece will look like
- Printer-shortlist — I'll suggest printers I trust for your job
- Proof check — I review your printer's proof before they print
How we get there.
The same six-step rhythm we use on every project:
- Brief — what's being printed, quantity, finish, deadline
- Layout — first design pass, presented for feedback
- Refine — revisions, content corrections
- Production prep — bleed, CMYK conversion, font embedding
- Print spec — paper, finish, run recommendations
- Proof QA — review printer's proof before press
What it doesn't include.
Honesty saves time. Things that are usually quoted separately:
- Printing cost — pay your printer directly. I provide files only
- Photography — sourced separately
- Copywriting — supply final copy at brief
- Delivery + distribution — printer handles, not me
Who this is for.
Anyone who needs a printed artefact that doesn't look like a Canva template — business cards that feel substantial, brochures that flip well, posters with proper hierarchy.
